Advent & CHRISTMAS

As we prepare for the Celebration of the Incarnation of Jesus Christ, Christmas, the Chapel and Catholic Campus Ministry Center undergoes a physical and spiritual transformation.

For the weeks prior to Advent, the chapel and center are decorated, with the Outdoor Nativity, the Presipio Village and the 18 foot chapel Christmas tree. Students and members of the community come forward to lend and hand getting into the spirit of the season

The First Sunday of Advent is commemorated with our HEALING MASSES and the evening mass is preceeded by the annual PRE MASS CONCERT, performed by members of the WPUNJ Music Department.

The Healing Masses allow us to be mindful of our dependence upon the Lord and begin the season preparing internally as well as externally for the great event of the Incarnation.

Each year the decor of the Chapel changes in prepartion of Christmas. Join us as we prepare...and celebrate
